KAILUA-KONA, Hawaii—-Cyanotech Corporation has obtained official regulatory approval for its BioAstin® Natural Astaxanthin as a novel food in the European Union. This allows the importation of BioAstin into all of the 27 member countries and gives Cyanotech unlimited access to a market with 487 million people.
